Scottish Water Volunteers

On Tuesday we welcomed back volunteers from Scottish Water to assist with uplifting grasses from the Site of Special Scientific Interest. In early September Andy and Alasdair used the walking scythe to make a special cut of between 16ft - 20ft wide along a 250m stretch. Believe it or not, 55 one tonne builders bags of grass were uplifted throughout the day and transported to the recycling centre. Great work everybody!
