Pride in Place
We have been taken by surprise by the continued interest in the work we are doing in the community. Many people had initially thought that our activities would cease at the end of our 800 celebrations. However, our octocentenary year really just provided the impetus to take forward improvements and strengthen our community. It is a long term process and many have said that it is better described as a journey without a specific destination. Work will always need to be done if we are to continue to to adapt as a community to changes both socially and environmentally. We will just ensure that we enjoy the journey and the photo opposite is one of those ocassions. A lovely afternoon was spent speaking to other communities who also share our desire to make our bit of Angus a great place to live and visit.
